Women's Leadership Network

Have you ever experienced being part of a group of inspirational, supportive women, who develop one another's leadership through sharing of wisdom and experience, offering compassion, reassurance and advice, advocating and empowering each other?

Sounds great, doesn't it?

It's exactly what I'm trying to create in the Devon Women's Leadership Network.

It's a far cry from the traditional corporate male-dominated network, which is not designed with women in mind.

This network will be about fostering genuine connection, building enriching relationships, sharing of wisdom and experience, celebration of successes and learning from failures.

Network meetings will be linked to leadership themes such as:

✨ How to get the recognition you deserve at work

✨ Strategies to overcome self-doubt

✨ How to negotiate and get what you ask for

✨ How to handle being the only woman in the room

✨ How to lead as a working mother
