FLOURISHING LEADERS PROGRAMME

Eventbrite Images (1).png

Protected space to think. Trusted women to think alongside. A year in which to make meaningful change happen.

You know there is something important you want to change.

Perhaps you want to lead your organisation into its next stage of growth. You may be ready to reshape your career or business, secure the progression you were promised, or become more influential in a culture where your voice is not always heard.

You are capable, experienced and committed. The problem is not a lack of ambition or ideas.

The problem is finding the uninterrupted time and space to step away from immediate demands, think clearly and decide what to do next.

Flourishing Leaders is a ten-month leadership development programme for ambitious women who want to make meaningful progress in their leadership, career or business.

Across six in-person development days at Boringdon Hall Hotel and Spa, you will have protected space to think, expert facilitation and the perspective of a trusted group of women.

You will leave the day-to-day behind long enough to focus on the work that only you can do.

Early-bird price: £1,799 when booked by 7 August 2026.

Your most important work should not always come last

When you are responsible for other people, it is remarkably easy to spend all your time responding.

Your diary fills with meetings. Your inbox sets the agenda. Colleagues need decisions, clients need answers and unexpected problems demand your attention.

You may try blocking out an hour to think, only to give it away when something more urgent appears. You tell yourself you will return to the strategic work when things become quieter.

But they rarely do.

Meanwhile, the bigger questions remain unanswered:

  1. How do I turn my vision into a practical strategy?

  2. How do I secure the progression I have been working towards?

  3. How do I make my voice count in this organisation?

  4. What do I want the next stage of my career or business to look like?

  5. How do I stop being consumed by immediate demands?

  6. What needs to change if I am going to lead well without exhausting myself?

These questions need more than the occasional spare hour.

They need protected time, structured thinking, intelligent challenge and the confidence to take action.

That is what Flourishing Leaders provides.

Save my seat.

Where could your leadership be this time next year?

By the end of Flourishing Leaders, you could have:

  • Turned an ambitious vision into a focused and achievable strategy

  • Made meaningful progress towards promotion or greater influence

  • Found a way to navigate difficult workplace relationships and politics

  • Developed the confidence to voice your ideas and have them taken seriously

  • Designed the next stage of your career or business

  • Begun a thoughtful pivot towards work that feels purposeful and sustainable

  • Established clearer boundaries around your time and availability

  • Stopped tying your value to being constantly accessible

  • Built a trusted network of women who understand the realities of leadership

  • Become more deliberate and less reactive in the way you lead

You will not simply leave with pages of notes and good intentions.

Each day will help you identify what matters, examine what is getting in the way and decide what you will do next.

VIDEO TESTIMONIALS

Is Flourishing Leaders for you?

Flourishing Leaders is designed for women who are already carrying responsibility and want to become more intentional about what comes next.

You may recognise yourself in one of these women.

You have built something successful, but you cannot find the space to lead its next stage

You are an experienced CEO, founder or senior leader with an ambitious vision.

You know where you want to take the organisation, but your attention is continually pulled back into its day-to-day operation. Your working life is filled with other people’s priorities, leaving too little space for strategy.

You have tried blocking time in your diary and adopting new productivity techniques. Yet the strategic work is still postponed whenever something urgent appears.

You do not need another time-management trick. You need genuinely protected space away from the workplace—space in which you can think, test your assumptions and turn your vision into a clear plan.

You are successful at what you do, but you are ready for something different

You have built a strong career, reputation or business. You are good at your work, but it no longer feels as energising as it once did.

Perhaps you want to travel less, work differently or pursue an interest that has been waiting in the background. You do not want to walk away impulsively, and you are certainly not starting from nothing.

You want to build on everything you have learned and make a thoughtful transition into the next stage of your working life.

Flourishing Leaders will give you the space and support to explore the possibilities, decide what you want and plan your pivot with confidence.

You have started your own business, and miss having people to think with

You know how to deliver excellent work. Building a business around that work is a different challenge.

Without colleagues or a leadership team around you, every decision rests with you: which opportunities to pursue, how to attract the right clients and what kind of business you really want to build.

You may be busy working for clients while postponing the strategic thinking your own business needs.

Flourishing Leaders offers a trusted group in which to test ideas, gain perspective and make deliberate decisions—so your business is shaped by your ambitions rather than by whichever demand arrives next.

You know what needs to change, but you are struggling to make your voice count

You may be the only woman on your leadership team or be working within a traditional culture where change happens slowly.

You can see how things could be better, but your ideas are politely acknowledged and then quietly shelved. You hear responses such as, “That’s a good idea, but it isn’t a priority,” or, “That isn’t how we do things here.”

Perhaps you were appointed with the expectation of progression, but the promised opportunity has not materialised.

You know that good work alone may not be enough. You also need to understand how decisions are made, navigate organisational politics and increase your influence.

Flourishing Leaders gives you a confidential place to understand the dynamics around you, prepare for important conversations and develop a strategy for making your contribution count.

What makes Flourishing Leaders different?

Thinking time that is genuinely protected

This is not an hour squeezed between meetings while your phone, laptop and colleagues remain within reach.

Each in-person day takes you away from the everyday demands of your workplace. The time is already committed, protected and purposeful.

It cannot quietly disappear from your diary when something else comes along.

The perspective of other experienced women

Leadership can be lonely by design.

You may have colleagues around you but few people with whom you can speak openly about uncertainty, ambition, workplace politics or difficult decisions.

Flourishing Leaders brings together a small group of thoughtful women who will listen, question, encourage and challenge you.

You will benefit not only from working on your own priorities but also from contributing to the thinking of others.

Expert facilitation and coaching

A room and a free day are not enough on their own.

Claire will create the conditions for honest reflection and purposeful action. Through skilled questioning, coaching and action learning, she will help you look beneath the immediate problem, challenge your assumptions and identify a practical way forward.

Progress sustained over ten months

Meaningful change rarely happens during a single inspiring day.

Flourishing Leaders runs from September 2026 to June 2027, giving you repeated opportunities to step back, review your progress and address the next challenge.

Each session builds on the last, creating momentum and accountability across the year.

TESTIMONIALS

What happens during a Flourishing Leaders day?

Every day will give you the opportunity to:

  • Step away from operational demands and create space for strategic thought

  • Focus on a real leadership, career or business challenge

  • Examine what is happening beneath the surface

  • Benefit from coaching and structured reflection

  • Draw on the questions and perspectives of the group

  • Identify practical decisions and next steps

  • Review what has changed since the previous session

  • Reconnect with priorities that can otherwise become lost in daily work

This is not passive training with a fixed set of answers.

The work is grounded in the challenges you are actually facing. You will be supported to think more clearly, make better-informed decisions and take action that fits your circumstances.

What could you bring to the room?

You do not need to arrive with a perfectly defined goal.

You might bring:

  • A vision for growth that you have not yet translated into a plan

  • A promotion or director-level role you want to secure

  • A difficult relationship or political situation you need to navigate

  • A change you want to introduce but cannot get others to support

  • A career or business pivot you need to explore

  • A new business you want to build deliberately

  • A workload that has become unsustainable

  • Boundaries you know you need to establish

  • A decision you have been postponing

  • A sense that something needs to change, even if you cannot yet articulate exactly what

You only need to be willing to think honestly, contribute generously and take responsibility for acting on what you discover.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be a CEO?

No. Flourishing Leaders is for women carrying meaningful professional responsibility or building something of their own.

You may be a CEO, founder, business owner, consultant, school leader or senior manager. What matters is that you have a genuine challenge or ambition on which you are ready to work.

Is the programme only for women in business?

No. The group may include women from commercial organisations, education, the public sector, charities and self-employment.

Different professional perspectives are part of the programme’s value.

What if I do not yet have a clearly defined goal?

You do not need to arrive with a finished plan.

You may know exactly what you want to achieve, or simply know that your current situation needs to change. The programme will help you understand the real question and decide what progress looks like for you.

What if I am already very busy?

Flourishing Leaders is designed for women who are busy.

The programme is not another demand to fit into the edges of your working life. It protects the time that strategic thinking, career development and personal leadership require, but rarely receive.

Why is the programme in person?

Physically stepping away from your normal working environment changes the quality of your attention.

You are not watching your inbox, being interrupted by colleagues or trying to think between meetings. You have committed time, a skilled facilitator and a group working alongside you.

Can my employer pay for my place?

Yes. You can request an invoice if your organisation will be funding your place.

Claire can also provide information about the programme’s leadership and organisational benefits to support your internal approval process.

Can I spread the cost?

Yes. Monthly and quarterly payment plans are available.

Can I book online?

Yes. You can book and pay online or request an invoice.
