Let me give you a real example from the last Clarity Day in March.

X came feeling the weight of launching a new business and the stress of not being sure of the exact strategy to use.

During the day, she discussed her planned business model with other leaders and business owners, who offered rich insights, advice, support and encouragement.

Collectively they explored barriers and challenges, and came up with actions and strategies to overcome these. She said afterwards, "I can’t believe the things we had in common. It made me feel so heard. Thank you."

And, "I’ve never kept attention for a whole day course before in my whole career.”

And most importantly, “I’ve come away with a lot more clarity than I went in with.”

X used the Clarity Day to make the shift in her thinking and a plan for action.

The Clarity Day enabled her to shift from:

- holding all responsibility alone… to thinking it through with others.

- paralysis and overthinking… to making clear decisions.

- Overwhelm and fear…to clarity and action.
