To connect women in leadership positions from across sectors to enable better learning about leading well.
-
To create a support network for women in leadership, so that they can collectively empower and enable each other to overcome workplace challenges and enable collective flourishing.
-
To break down barriers such as isolation, or to enable leaders to overcome unconscious bias or discrimination in their workplace so that women have an equitable opportunity to succeed at work.
