Are you successful?
And have you ever wondered where you get your definition of success from?
Last Monday, members of the Devon Women's Leadership Network pondered this and other leadership questions when we met in Exeter.
Robyn Vincent repeated the fascinating session on women's leadership powers which she led in Plymouth back in January. The multiple glasses in the photo represent the multitude of expectations placed on us by our families, childhood, friends, workplace, and wider society.
We considered the leadership 'powers' that we have available as women, and how these complement the traditionally male leadership styles. And how as leaders we need to use a range of styles in different situations, and with different colleagues.
As always, I loved spending time with these brilliant women. Thank you Robyn for leading the session, and for Carly Wedderburn, Vicky Stables, Sarah West, Sharon Foxwell and Petra Aubert for attending.
Our next network brunches are in April after the school Easter break.
👉️ Join us in Plymouth on Monday 20th April and in Exeter on Thursday 23rd April.
