Reflect, Reset and Realign: A Clarity Day

The idea of a fresh start is seductive, isn’t it?

New year.

New goals.

New energy.

Except… sometimes the energy just isn’t there.

A friend from the Devon Women’s Leadership Network recently recommended 'Wintering' by Katherine May. In it, she writes about the wisdom of the natural world, how it retreats, rests and recalibrates before growth returns.

Nothing blooms on command.

Nothing rushes.

Change happens quietly, beneath the surface.

And yet, as leaders, we are so often expected to leap straight into momentum mode each January.

New targets.

New plans.

New resilience.

All while still carrying the weight of what the last season demanded of us.

What if this time of year isn’t for acceleration at all?

🤔 What if it’s for hibernation?

🤔 What if it’s for rest?

🤔 What if it’s a time to let your mind wander, about what to hold dear and what to let go?

That’s why I’ve planned Reflect, Reset, Realign: A Clarity Day for Women Leaders on 18 March, at the beautiful Dartington Estate in Devon.

By then, we’ll be entering spring.

The light will be returning, bringing with it new growth, new ideas and fresh energy.

Together, we’ll harness that season of growth to:

✔️ reset what no longer fits,

✔️ realign our vision and plans with what genuinely matters to you, rather than just what’s urgent or expected.

You’ll experience a spacious, thoughtful day to step out of the noise.

A protected time to think deeply about your leadership, your direction and your next chapter.

Time alongside supportive women who understand the pressures of leading in today’s complex world.

We will honour the season we are in, rather than fight it.

You don’t need another action plan right now.

You may simply need time, perspective and clarity.
