From Autumn 2025, we’re delighted to be launching PRS in the South West—delivered in partnership with the Oxford and Exeter Diocesan Boards of Education.

The PRS Programme has already supported over 90 headteachers across Oxfordshire, creating vital space for school leaders to pause, reflect and reconnect with their values. It’s a unique blend of high-quality CPD and leadership wellbeing support—described by participants as “life-saving”, “essential”, and “the best CPD I’ve ever done”.

Now, school leaders in Devon will be able to access this safe, confidential and expertly facilitated space to:

✨ Strengthen resilience

✨ Develop reflective leadership

✨ Reduce isolation

✨ Support wellbeing

✨ And build a trusted peer network

Three face-to-face days will be held in peaceful, retreat-style venues, and 1:1 coaching sessions will also be available.
