December Women's Leadership Network Events

🎄 Our December Devon Women's Leadership Network events are nearly here… and I’d love you to join us.

As we come to the end of the year, these final gatherings are a chance to pause, reconnect and enjoy the brilliant company of women leading across Devon’s public, private and third sectors.

December always brings a relaxed, uplifting atmosphere and a welcome moment of breathing space, with some Christmas sparkle ✨ thrown in for good measure!

Your recent survey feedback has been incredibly valuable. Here’s what you told me, and what’s coming next:

• Breakfast and brunch gatherings remain your favourite format, especially in cosy private dining spaces, so these will continue.

• Everyone wants to keep the tone informal along with a sense of relaxed, supportive connection.

• A significant number of you would also love skills workshops, masterclasses and whole-day events.

• You want more opportunities to develop confidence, leadership capability and visibility, alongside the chance to meet like-minded women.

So, in 2026 you can expect a richer mix of:

• our well-loved breakfast and brunch meet-ups

• themed skills sessions

• expert-led workshops and masterclasses

• occasional full-day events designed to inspire, challenge and create space for real development

More details will be released early in the new year. I’m excited for what’s ahead and truly grateful for the community we’re building together.
