🤔 How do you lead effectively as a woman in a leadership position? How well do you orchestrate the range of different feminine leadership 'powers'?
🤔 How do you define success? Where did that definition come from?
These were some of the questions we discussed during a fabulous couple of hours yesterday with a group of inspiring women in Plymouth who have become members of the Devon Women's Leadership Network.
A big thank you to Robyn Vincent BA(Hons) NPQEL, MCCT for leading the discussion. We were fascinated to learn about the different ways, both positive and negativ, that women use typically to lead.
As part of the presentation, Robyn demonstrated how we build our own internal definitions of success from childhood onwards leading to conflicting ideas, which often trigger our inner critic. Check out the photo!
I still can't believe that I am lucky enough to be spending time with such an amazing group.
It was great to spend time with you Vikki Peters, Becky Simpson, Emma Cross, Lianne Carr, Emily Durbin, Rhianna G., Rebecca Brisley, Vicky Stables.
And thank you to all the women who have taken the leap of faith and got involved in the network.
🤔 And if you'd like to get involved, what's stopping you? You really are missing out.
