Feeling isolated?

Leadership can feel lonely…
But it doesn’t have to.
I've coached many women who, on the surface, appear to be high achievers. They are nailing their careers and living what seems to be a dream life.
But behind the scenes, these women are exhausted, second-guessing themselves, and questioning whether anyone else really gets the challenges of being a woman leader.
💬 “I can't really be 100% honest with my colleagues, due to my position.”
💬 “I’m constantly having to prove myself in a room where I’m in the minority as a woman.”
💬 “There’s nowhere to talk about the real stuff.”
Too many women in leadership roles are carrying so much.
They’re running businesses, leading teams, holding responsibility, and delivering results…
All while juggling the invisible load of caregiving, life admin, and holding things together at home.
And they’re often doing it in isolation.
I recently found myself in this same position.
Earlier this year, I found myself isolated, without a meaningful network where I could share my challenges and celebrate my achievements.
That’s why I created the Devon Women’s Leadership Network.
It’s not about surface-level networking or hustling for business.
It’s a space where women can connect deeply, grow in confidence, and be genuinely supported.
Because when you’re less isolated, everything changes:
🟣 You feel stronger in your leadership
🟣 You gain perspective and fresh ideas
🟣 You stop carrying it all alone
And that can be transformational, for you and the people you lead.
