🤔 How often does your mindset say that you can't do something?
Sometimes we tell ourselves narratives which we believe are the truth.
⛔ I can't apply for that promotion...
⛔ I can't improve my work-life balance
⛔ I can't have that conversation...
I've been reminded today that these narratives we tell ourselves are not the truth - they are simply our perception, driven by our mindset.
Questions posed in coaching can sometimes result in leaders totally rethinking their options or approaches, and considering something they previously judged as being impossible.
So I invite you to notice when you tell yourself that you can't do something. Is this really true, or is it that you don't want to step outside of your comfort zone? Is it really impossible? Imagine the benefits to yourself and your organisation if you can make it happen. You will only achieve amazing results if you dream big.
