So many brilliant, capable women were leading alone.

Holding huge responsibility.

Carrying the weight of decisions.

Often being the only woman in the room.

There’s a different energy.

Walls come down.

Honesty shows up.

Wisdom is shared, generously and without ego.

Support is offered, without needing to be asked.
