I’ve just launched a private LinkedIn group especially for Women Leaders in Devon—and I’d love to invite you (or someone you know) to join us.

This space has been created to bring together women in leadership across sectors—education, business, health, public services, charities and more. It’s a place to connect, share experiences, encourage one another, and explore what leadership really looks like in today’s world.

It’s not always easy being a leader. It can be lonely at times—and it can be hard to find spaces where it’s safe to speak honestly, ask questions, and support one another without judgement.

This group is about creating exactly that space.
