❌ Leading a team of 300

❌ Speaking on stages to large audiences

❌ Or the corporate suit

Leadership comes in ALL different shapes and sizes

It could be when you’re:

✔️ running your own business,

✔️ backing yourself even when it feels scary

✔️ making complex decisions,

✔️ supporting and advising clients,

✔️ holding responsibility for outcomes that matter,

✔️ working alone, or managing a small team

✔️ leading yourself through challenge, uncertainty and growth

Yet I hear so many women say, “I'm not really a leader.’

So I gently ask…

What makes you think you’re not a leader?

Somewhere along the way, “leadership” has become narrowly defined.

A title. A role. A position in a hierarchy.

But in reality, leadership shows up in so many different ways.

It’s in the choices you make.

The responsibility you carry.

The way you navigate complexity.

The way you keep going, even when it feels hard.

If you are setting direction, making decisions, influencing others, or simply holding yourself to account, you ARE leading.

And being a woman leader can be TOUGH.

That’s exactly why I created the Devon Women's Leadership Network.

The network provides a space where women can come together, regardless of title, sector or scale, and feel a sense of connection, belonging and shared understanding.

AND it’s a space where you can learn.

Spending time with other women leaders will inspire you with new ideas, provide you with the support and confidence to take a scary step, and challenge your thinking. All of which results in you strengthening your leadership skills.
